Returns and Exchanges

Wear Your Baby wants you to LOVE babywearing and LOVE your purchase.

We will happily exchange or refund your purchase, provided:

  • All items are received within 14 days of receipt of purchase. No refund or exchange can be given after 14 days without prior agreement;
  • Products are in the same condition they were received, in their original packaging with all tags still intact;
  • Products have not been worn, damaged or washed.

To return an item, please contact us first at info@wearyourbaby.com.au with your name, customer/order number, product name, and your reason for requesting a refund/exchange.

The postage costs for exchanging or refunding products is at the buyer’s expense (unless the product is faulty). Initial and subsequent postage costs will not be refunded including any free shipping offers.

Returns are usually processed within 1-3 days of receipt. However, during busy times it may take a little longer. Please contact us if you need it to be processed immediately and we will try to accommodate you.

There is no return on sale or ex-demo items.

It is strongly recommended that goods are returned using registered post services with appropriate insurance Wear Your Baby will not accept responsibility for items that are lost or damaged in transit.

Wear Your Baby reserves the right to reject any exchange or offer partial refund or store credit, particularly if you change your mind. 
 
FAULTY/DAMAGED ITEMS

All items are thoroughly checked by Wear Your Baby before sending and are packaged with care. However if you receive any products that are damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of purchase to arrange a full replacement or exchange.

We will refund postage for any faulty items returned to us, however we cannot accept liability for an item until it is returned and has been confirmed as faulty, we will also not refund any return postage charges unless the item(s) are confirmed as faulty.
